How to skill mining and herbalism?

hi there,

sorry for this maybe crazy question...
i just used hb for leveling.

no i have the problem:
got two toons @ level 70. but mining and herbalism is between 325 and 375.
is there any way to skill those professions without grinding (defense if necessary)?

got the plugin "profession buddy", but don?t understand it..

if you dont want to use PB you can do it via Gb2
the only thing you will need is profiles for that skill,on forums there are not many profiles made for Gb2 for that lvl skill
so you have to convert old Gb(flying)profiles
check on plugins section about the converter
