how to set up to pick up the forgotten soul?

every time it killed the boss in rift , and didn't pick up the forgotten soul?
i tried to find out is there a setting or something need to be set to pick up the forgotten soul,
but i couldn't resolved this problem, can someone help me up with this ?

im having this same problem actually with R-rift
Edit: Fixed it, set leg items to lv 1+, thought I did it earlier but the DB crash must have reset it.

Is it ONLY the Forgotten souls you need or do you also want Arcane dust and reuseable commons parts and so on ? cause then you only need too do like this.

Demonbuddy -> Plugins
plugins -> Trinity
Trinity -> Items "tab on top"
Items tab -> You start in This tab but im gonna write it anyways "Pickup"
Pickup tab -> under Misc Pickup options you see a bounch of colons you can press on and off. under those are Gems. under that are Misc Item Level. set that to Legendary or none for all Mats pickup.
None = All Pickup of Mats.
Common+ = Reuseable parts and all others.
Magic+ = Arcane dust - and up. doesnt pick up reuseable parts anymore.
Rare+ = Veiled Crystals - and up. Doesnt pick up Arcane dust or Reuseable parts anymore.
Legendary = Forgotten souls - This is the highest you can get. so this means it only picks up Forgotten souls. doesnt pick up anything ells like Veiled crystals or Arcane dust.
