how to set bot to not running in private mode?

how do i set bot where it won't run on private mode? just have it run like a normal human playing. i have ENABLE: QUICK JOIN on set on the bot options but still it won't let me do the quick join.

i don't see how it jeopardize bot's safety for not running in private when the account is brand new w/o any friend or recent player. is it possible to not running in private? i've edit profile xml file and change ISPRIVATE to false but still doesn't work
