I just checked the exe, and from what I can tell, it'll only ever print "Cheats: DISABLED\n". Basically; its something they use on the developer side to test things. You can most likely ignore it. I'll look into it more in a little bit though.
Edit; yep. Its just something they use for testing. There's another reference to "DebugCheats" which I can only assume they use for... well... debugging. You can ignore it.
Edit2: Futher checking, they use it to "cheat" load scenes into the game before they've been discovered, give themselves gold, and "repair all" without gold. Again, this is just debugging stuff as far as I can tell. Nothing more. Its just some "cheats" for developers to force things to happen when they normally wouldn't during gameplay. You guys can ignore the message in the log entirely.
