how to recover honorbuddy key?

i have had to rebuild my computer, have reinstalled honorbuddy, but when i click on honorbuddy nothing happens, also how do i recover my "key">?

using the same email u used in checkout page and you will be able to track your key

are you running windows 8, if so that's that's your problem, not only that make sure you have all the software required to run the bot. If that does not work try running it with windows vita, xp and so on in compatibility mode, and run it under admin to be on the safe side.
