---===How to power lvl your alt with pet battles===---

My Pokehuddy is always changing the spells to Tier 1 spells and fucks everything up :[

Changed all .XML files manually now, I can't find the where I can change the ASSIGNABILIYT part in the ConfigWindow, so I just did by XML

It saves the ingame equipped spells as soon as you press save in the logic editor.

And since its 3 times the same pet, you could've edited/saved the species file, then revert to species file for all 3 pets. Would've saved you some time ;)

I had to make a new HB folder and my Pokebuddy isnt working like before. sometimes it gets stuck when attack one is on cooldown and attack 3 is on cooldown. Last time I used it it had the same error but It skipped the round after some seconds/minutes... now it is just waiting for doing some logic.. can someone help me?

this happens if you take the logic from the start post. Somewhere in this thread is a fix, all credits to him, sadly I can't remember who it is!

Try that logic and it should be fixed:

I've made another chage to the pet logic, so it swaps out the pet instead of spamming spell2, when spell1 and spell3 is on CD. Seems to have boosted the XP a Little.

What do I do with this file?

I put it in HB/Plugins/Pokehbuddy/Petsettings but my kneebiters still just try to spam #1 until it goes on CD and then they time out their turns.

Edit: I got it to work, but I had to change the file to the # code that each pet had. It wasn't working if I just left it with the name of the pet. I'm 100% sure its something I was doing, not with your profile.

There would have been pet specific code files that would override a species file. You should have deleted these files for the kneebiters and copied in file cicrocoft supplied. PokeBuddy would then have recognized the species file and applied the correct logic/rotation to each Kneebiter.
 
Hmm by me it takes about 60 - 90 min per Level ?

any tips to level faster ?

or any functions to disable in WoW ?

is it possible to deactivate the animation from the pets ?

Got it to work with 3 level 22 Kneebiters. They seem to do fine. Im only getting 12k xp per kill at level 60 with full heirlooms and guildperk though.
 
Looks like the Kneebiter is getting nerfed this next patch. Hunting Party is becoming a 4 round CD, up from 3, and Black Claw will do 20% less damage. Might need to find a new pet to do this with.

I'm no expert but I think it will be fine. I kill lucky yi before the 3cd Hunting Party is even over with. 20% nerf on my 81dmg black claw doesn't seem huge to me, but like I said im not a pet expert.
 
yeah that nerf wont do much, especially since lucky yi is a critter also, its this in the patch notes thats slightly worrying:

Increased the difficulty of elite pets on the Beasts of Fable quest.

Could you please, in the name of our lord Jesus Christ tell us how did you level them all to 25 in just two hours? I was not familiar with Pets battles, so, I read the basics and started the process. I leveled them to lvl 5 in order to get the three slots and the heal skill, and then, i set up PB, and let it run...
I left it overnight, about 7 hours straight... And this morning, when I woke up, my pets were all lvl 14... So, if you got them to lvl 25 in just two hours, i must be doing something wrong...
I used the standard settings, and "PetArea" plugin to change zones. Everything worked well... except for the leveling speed. (or better said, the lack of it).

PS: My pets are still leveling, but they only cast the first spell, first tier... Does the rotation routine posted in this same thread support leveling? or it is just for high level pets? I think the right rotation would speed up their leveling...

It takes some time with Pokebuddy, i think he lied or he wintraded
 
You best bet is trying to get a friend to wintrade to level them, takes about 15 minutes to level one to 25
 
Once you have your first lvl 25, leveling is pretty quick.
Put the lowlevel in a team with 2 lvl 25's and let it do some (for the lowlevel) challenging fights. Atleast 10 levels higher than the pet is.
Should be a piece of cake to level now :)
 
1,2kk exp/h on 72 lvl (with guild and heirlooms). A bit more than 30 min per lvl.
