How to play in Network (open) game with humans?

Is it posible to run Nefalems rifts with other random humans (not bots).
Just join exist rundom game and folow player with higher lvl or with 2 playes (if 2 and one anothe run separatly)?

Or any other ideas how to run in partys?

What do you think, is it safe to play with random humans? I mean if you're avoiding ban... They can detect if you're botting and report to blizzard, can't they?
