There is no bot program that will help you to not suck VS a real human opponent.

They will help you dps better, but they do not understand positioning, proper targeting and coordination which is what Arena is at any decent level.

That being said, Richie's CR are your best bet.

I've used the Gladiator Suite Warlock routine in arena and did fairly well, granted I'm not a 2k player, but it had plenty of options that I can see being very useful if you actually knew what you were doing. I'd totally recommend it.
