How to maximize profits?

Alright, I have a character who has max herb/mining and right now ghost iron is selling for 60 gold on my server. I have a jewelcrafter, an enchanter and inscriptionist on the same account. Now... is it more profitable to just sell the ore outright? Most of the blue gems are selling for 40-50 gold a piece, not too bad. Should I just mine or should I have my bot mine and herb? questions questions...

You are right and I should give more advice to new people....

If you have a jc/enchanter you can make lots of gold by prospecting and the making rings out of the green quality gems and then DE. I have a PB profile that does that, if you want it send me a PM and Ill share it with you. Also inscription is good money but since you have to put lots of Auctions to get a profit I wouldnt recomend it too much. You should also buy ore and not farm it, there are lots of botters that only farm and can give you good price.

I found it more beneficial to sell the green items to vendor, and DE the blue. Enchants is a fucking up market.

Any ideas how to get rid of herbs? I have like 1000 stacks atm, cant sell them. Glyph market is too low aswell
