how to maximize EXP gain ?

nothing i tried after all the info i got from this post did any good its still the same

maybe its kust that a monk cant get high exp ? any1 here botting a monk and having the same issue that i have with the exp/hour being too low ?

My monk with only 100k DPS already doing 20M/hr exp, without any +exp items or gem.
Profile: FallenDev's Act 1 profile, doing MP4.
Build: Thunderclap, Blazing Fist, Wave of light, Cyclone SW, Fleet Footed

Profiles, I used kunst just oasis in act 2 or fallens weeping & misery. Mp1 either way.

Gear - Inna's 4 piece. Helm make sure you get spirit regen around 2+.
SOJ with spirit regen around 2+
Skorn shoot for 1300 dps w/ around 1k+ life after kill & 170+ crit dmg (can use either ruby or emerald, not sure which is better)
Craft slots you can

Skills -
passive - exalted soul, fleet footed, guardians path

FOT - quickening
sweeping wind - cyclone
serenity - ascension
TR - tailwind
MAntra conviction - submission or overawe, your call
breath of heaven - blazin wrath
