How to make the questing work?

Hi forum!
First of all - please refer from flaming me

Now, I have read somewhere that I should just make a profile, and the bot would automatically start picking up and doing all quests available. I created a character for the sole purpose of trying to figure out how this worked, so I made a shammy and made this profile for the Troll/Orc starting area. This only covers a fourth of the Valley of Trials, and I just wanted to see if it would do the welcome quest sending you into the cave. It just moved between my hotspots - not picking up any quests...
This is probably just me being a total idiot right now, but what the hell am I doing wrong?
Again - please do not flame in this thread. I have attached my log (which you should not need, as there were no errors) and the profile I used.

try using a different profile, just check the hb 1-20 section. I don't currently have any lowbie horde at the moment so I can't tell you which profile to use. But give them a try and see if it works

I have now tried using the 1-60 Horde (Trolls&Orcs) by Zooooom - still not picking up quests. Log attached.

You're not using the questing beta, that log is from beta 10 (the one before it).
