How to make Demonbuddy use cooldowns immediately?

I am using a CM freeze wizard build, using the act 3 inferno champion farming profile and blephagor's combat routine.

The bot will freeze the enemy's, and with my high crit chance (47%) it will immediately be ready to use again; the problem is that the bot will not use it for a very long time, sometimes as long as 10 seconds. The same goes with diamond skin as well. This makes it impossible to defeat elites because I cannot keep them frozen but once every 10 or so seconds.

Is there a way to make the bot pop cooldowns faster?

Try my Trinity replacement plugin. Link in the sig. Just make sure to enable "Critical Mass" in the main combat options. It handles critical mass wizards pretty smoothly, and does a whole heap of other useful things.
