How to make bot mail clean stacks or ores/herbs?

Is it even possible to make bot stack ores / herbs in a clean stacks and then mail it? (clean = contains full stack of 20).

Asking it because it's a bit annoying that i have to make clean stacks equal to 5 so i can do milling without problems.
