How to make barb use earthquake only on elite mobs with Belphegor routine.

Well, there is nothing in the settings about use on elites only. The only place i've seen that option is the general routine which works quite bad when it comes to basic attacks (he basically doesnt use frenzy at all with this routine so i had to use belphegor). Anyone got a tip or know certain plugin i should use ?

Click Settings, adjust it to 20.
