How to make a HB profile

I have looked through the forums and cannot seem to locate any guides on how to write your own profile or where to get quest locations and stuff from. Can someone please point me in the general direction.

I recommend Questy because it pulls the quest info directly from WoWhead and helps make clean profiles. You will need like 10 minutes of learning how to use it but it is fairly simple. Once you are done with your profiles on it you can also dissect everything it has done to get a feel. Also you can check the Wiki it gives you help there.
