How to look for potential customers

I'm starting to earn some real cash now, but I don't want to sell my gold to the big websites I've seen (they pay like 10% of what most of you are talking about)

Does anyone have advice on how I can approach people to get to sell my gold to them?

you can get a SOR or battlechest and post some macros in your trade chat, but you will get 3h ban rather quickly and following bans of course. Other than that, make a thread on elitepvpers/ownedcore and bump/update your thread every single day.

hard to believe, chinese pay around 50-70% of what you get from private buyers (plus you don't have a risk if getting paid via paypal)
tell me which server you are playing and your faction, i can tell you the price chinese will pay you atm

Whats the risk with paypal?
The chance they might dispute charge?
I have done 2 transactions with chinese now through paypal and so far ok.

25% lower than private, or 25% of what privates pay ? Because if it's the second one ... well don't know what to say.
I will try to write a blogpost tomorrow or saturday about how you get a good price from your chinese seller.
For example, the usual and pretty good price you get if you sell to private is 0,5?, chinese pay me 0,3? constantly. With 5.2 the price might even go up a bit again.

Horde: you will get paid ~ 0,29?
Alliance: ~ 0,28

if you dont have way too much gold i recommend waiting for next week and see if 5.2 raises the gold price.

yes, if you sell to private a chargeback might very well happen. I have never had a chargeback with chinese, obviously, because it's a serious business for them.
