How to learn flying in Pandaria?

I am now 90 thanks to the Grind profiles and Battlegrounds. But how can I learn flying in Pandaria? I read that it is in Vale of Eternal Blossoms / Shrine of Two Moons but how can I go there without having questing? The doors are not open and I cant get pass the border.

u can learn it in orgrimmar once ur lvl 90 u cant fly in panda land on lvl 85

There's a quest in Kun-lai at the big temple, which will open the doors for you.. Can't remember the specfic name, but there's only one quest there

Thank you loevstroem. You cant learn it in Ogrimmar/Stormwind... you need to learn it in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. You need to do this quest.
