how to keep bot settings when upgrade plugin?

What I do is to eliminate only the trinity folder inside plugins folder. Trinity setting file is no stored on that folder, so when I eliminate the trinity folder and the copy the new one, I keep the settings and bot works good for me.

Exactly, just update the plugins folder. Settings are stored elsewhere
