How to install this plugin?

So I downloaded this plugin, a .cs file from the thread http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...7-plugin-battle-standard-dropper-updated.html

I put it in my plugin folder, restarted HB and pressed the plugin button but couldent see any new plugin added..

plugin must be on its own folder and then paste it under Plugins section

plugin must be on its own folder and then paste it under Plugins section

Did that and it didnt work.
