How to get this to use Enduring Cry?...

It's odd, it seems to use auras. And I did witness at one point it used enduring cry consistently, but upon watching it lately (and granted, I may have changed everything from the Routine forward - as I'm new to this application), I cannot currently understand what would cast / how to cast Enduring Cry.

I am using ExileRoutine and do not see anything relevant tot his topic in the options menu...

It's possible a casting mechanic changed with EC or something with charges, we'll check it out soon with OldRoutine to be sure.
