How to get less lag?

Hey everyone, I am only running 2 wow's and I get a bunch of lag, if I try to use my mouse and turn it freezes for a few seconds then goes. I am running in windowed mode obviously.

Computer specs:

Memory: 3g RAM
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Processor 5000+ 2.60 GHz

I am using Low on the Graphics

Anything I can due to reduce the lag I get?

turn off all non essential addons (bots dont need addons)

run gamebooster (free from download.com i think)

make sure they're in as small window as possible

if you're a more advanced user, turn off all non essential crap in msconfig (if u don't know what this is, u prob don't have the expertise to mess with it)

Don't use Addons, window is as small as I can make it, and what exactly is gamebooster?

it turns off a bunch of stuff on windows that u don't need while playing games.

check to see what else is running on ur system via taskmgr / perfmon

Also, you dont list what Graphics Card your using, if its an Integrated one, this will drastically limit you to what your doing in WoW.
