How to get a refund?

Hi there.

Sorry if this seems dumb, but i can't see a way to ask for a refund. I bought PF key today but hadn't realised beforehand that they are slashing the pokés (should of read the forums before getting trigger happy), therefore i won't be using the bot afterall because it seems pointless. Can someone please tell me how to initiate a refund?

I search too for refund, but nobody in forum, question get no answer, the bot is horrible, 5 days and ban everytime, wtf. Last time i buy here.
