I tried the Buddy product, and its just not for me. Can I get a refund?
Absolutely. All Buddy products have a 7-day no questions asked refund policy. Bossland GmbH only wants satisfied customers, and literally no questions are asked. Your money will be returned, and your access to the Buddy product terminated.
To initiate the process, request a refund in the BosslandGmbH Customer Service website, or at [email protected]. Please provide your invoice number, and the email address you used to purchase the Buddy bot in the communique. The front office watches this daily for customer issues regarding payments, authorization, and access. They will process your request once it is seen.
Since Bossland GmbH uses a third-party order processing system, it may take a few days, but rest assured your money is on its way..
