how to force go vendor when bag full ?

im trying write a profile , my profile same as

<Vendors>
<Vendor Name="..." Entry="..." Type="Repair" X="..." Y="..." Z="..." />
</Vendors>

<Mailboxes>
<Mailbox X="..." Y="..." Z="..." />
</Mailboxes>

<Blackspots>
<Blackspot X="..." Y="..." Z="..." Radius="10" />
</Blackspots>

<Hotspots>
</Hotspots>

with this type , bot just go vendor when need repair . but i need bot go vendor whenever bag full . ( if bag full , go vendor , then go to mail )

someone please tell me how to force go vendor when bags full ?
