how to find the actorId ?

Q1: I want to develop my script but I don't know how to find the "actorId" if I want to use the door from somewhere lv1 to somewhere lv2?

Q2:if i want to use
<MoveTo questId="1" x="672.2292" y="674.9328" z="80.34946" name="Top of the Stairs" />
and It needs lots of this.

How could I get these "xyz" quickly?
