How to "empty Cache"

I know this is a noob question, but when running the Golden Dailies of CAVA, after the bot is done, I often get the message, "you have either done these quests or ....... please empty your cache" The good news is that I can "restart anyway" But would sure like to learn how to empty my own cache without bothering my son-in-law. Can anyone out there teach this old broad? thanks

kill the cache folder in your hb folder

by "Kill" it do you mean to throw it out? Totally? Sorry - I'm a 60 year old grandma gamer who bots her dailies. So I go in my HB folder - grab the cache and toss? I assume it will put in a new one? Sorry I am a total noob but excited to learn and thank you for your help!

delete the data within the following folders (100% safe, no damage to your game or your bot folder)

\Honorbuddy\Cache
\World of Warcraft\Cache
\World of Warcraft\Data\Cache


Good as new
