How to Disable Vault on DH? + Working combat profile (please help)

Hello guys,

I want to disable vault on my demonhunter. I want to use vault by hand with "disable all movement" option. There is no option to disable vault on DH combat options. If anyone can help me to do it manually I ll be very happy.

And is there any combat profiles works everywhere in the game? I mean I want to move my char but it will make atacks and loots.

disable avoidance in combat/misc tab,
check use vault out of combat only in the combat/demonhunter,
check disable all movement in advanced tab

is not working.. still can't disable vault... can you make function on/off selected skill?
