How to change the routine

Is there anywhere an guide how to put and routine (that is here found in the forums) in the correct folder and how to activate it?

download the routine you want... Should be 2 files... Copy, extract then to: Demonbuddy--plugins--trinity--routines--(necro,crusader,etc...whatever class the routine is)... Restart Db

to force load the routine: Go to trinity... Config... Routines... Force routine... Choose your routine
