How to change rest at X% value?

I'm using the default Paladin cc and I would like to change the rest at X% mana value. My level 80 is currently grinding for Linen cloths in Westfall and the toon obviously doesn't need any mana to wipe the floor clean, so I would like to change it to rest at 0% mana or disable it altogether.

Look for:

Logic.Common.Rest.Feed();

And find the conditional that checks mana percent.
