How to become a patron now??

Hi guys, it might be a stupid question, but....how can I be patron on bot account?
I was able to buy in game 30 days game time with credits, now i don't see more this option in the marcketplace!
I use proxies for accounts so when i try to pay with paypal on trion site it says that my account is registered in a different country than my paypal account.

What u mean with "i dont see more this option in the marketplace" ?

Buy Apex in your auction house (2x Apex), log into glyph website and activate patron with ur 2500 credits u got from the Apex.
