How to avoid bans..

Hello all - I just bough honorbuddy and it is working fantastic, I just want to use it for lvling some alts and some bg farming.

How big is the chanse I get banned? And what about tips? Howlong can I be online with the bot etc? like 14 hours a day or just 8 or it just doesnt mather?
