hey guys, i need an examples or link to it
with different stories how to get unbanned

sometimes if you have a luck or a good tongue
you can try to fool the system
like stories about - "i was hacked when i was on vacation", etc, etc

cheers

ive tried a few times and i get the same answer every time our logs only show you as playing from one ip.

In 99.99% circumstances they won't unban someone, especially if it's a botter. You can make any story up about a fairy god mother hacking into your account and they still won't unban you.

There was a thread on a gaming forum, may have been diablofans.com where a guy was banned for 3rd party software and he swears he didn't bot. Anyway the guy put in 20+ tickets with Blizzard and was eventually unbanned after months of trying.

You gotta remember, the Blizzard employees reading the ban appeals read just about every excuse in the book as people will make any bull shit up and it must be a laugh for Blizzard.

Blizzard has the same generic response to appeals for using 3rd party software and they're instructed by management to enforce the bans.

i will google

I have my method which I do to avoid getting banned, have worked on my 4 bots so far. Before I started to use this method I lost 3 bots...

I was banned in February for 2 weeks. After 2 years of botting.
After 2 weeks, the ban became permanent.
I talked on the phone with customer service, they said they noticed the bot so many times and do not need to invent cool story - nothing changes - banned forever.
But in the third conversation, I said I want to buy the game again, they said they would have to remove the current game from my profile, and I agreed.
The game is not gone, but there was a wipe all my characters and progress.
I got a clean game, and still do not understand what it was.
Perhaps the employee did wipe my account specifically, but maybe it was his fault.
More I have not used a bot

It would be cool if they implemented fines + like a month ban or something

A fine for a game you own? I mean basically people who used exploits at the beginning of season 3 just got a 1 week rollback...

i tried different cool stories like this

Im kinda stuck here how to go on, and since I been following this forum, I was hoping someone could give me some good pieces of advice.
Today I got an email from Blizzard that my account was suspended due to using third party programs with D3. Now needless to say I did no such thing, otherwise I would not be asking.
I have had this account almost since the release of D3, and I wouldnt start jeopardizing it with any *****s now, having put enormous hours of play into it already. I did some buy gold outside the game though in desperate times, but I didnt hear anyone getting banned for that, and the reason for the account suspension wasnt that either.
Now I filed a ticket with support already for an appeal asking to kindly be a bit more specific as to what I supposedly did wrong, but got a copy+paste message that just says "everything has been invesigated thoroughly, please accept that we are shutting your account down", but no specification of my violation of terms whatsoever. Third party software can be a lots of things, I'd at least like to know what they are charging me with, so that maybe we can start an investigation, but no...
I couldnt even begin to imagine what it could be all about. My only suspicion that needs to be confirmed is that I been going to the internet cafe downstairs since it opened up about 2 months ago, since the guy below me runs the place so its free for me and there are some regulars I got friends with in there. Apparently I didnt give any of them my account details, and I dont think my account has been hacked because I didnt notice any loss of gold or items, any changes at all. In fact I helped some of these guys build new chars giving them gold and some items I didnt need. What I suspect is these guys being the hard core gamers that they are, they may have been running bots or some hacks down there while I was in their game and that got detected by Blizzard. Also I left my PC logged into D3 quite a few times. They seemed like trustworthy fellas and nothing was ever missing so why bother. Anyway I will have my suspicion confirmed with the owner first, but in the meantime I'd like to know what means do I have here to have my ban reexamined? This account is really precious to me, I dont want to lose it over something I didnt do.

i just wouldn't do season if you bot just do single by yourself you have alot better chance not to get ban

interesting how this services works, and what was this letters?

1st Day - Added on Skype, got a response in ~2 minutes or less. Told me to email him which is his preferred contact method. Paid via Amazon Gift card (Lifetime letter). Received 1st letter to send to GM. Got a response back from GM saying they will not unban. Told Seph what GM said and now waiting for response from Seph.

2nd Day - Got another letter back from Seph, went ahead and copy and pasted and sent it to GM. Got another automated response saying they will not respond to anything I say to them and blah blah. Usual automated shit. Sent Seph an email stating what the GM said.

3rd Day- Received another letter from Seph to send to GM. Went ahead and sent the letter to GM and surprisingly, 1 hour later, my account went from Banned to Locked. GM said that they will need proper identification to remove my account from Locked.

Wow. My account is unbanned. Idk what else to review about but this is a LEGIT service. Thank you Seph. You are the man!
