How to a "CanCast" timer in trinity

Does anyone know how I can modify my Barbarian's Sprint casting ability so that he casts it every 2.98 seconds? I am trying to keep Taeguk gem up but it refreshes sprint too slowly.

i'm trying to do this too.
i'm trying to edit Trinity Variables SpellDelay.Barbarian_Sprint but it doesn't seem to work.
The default value is actually 2800 (2.8sec) but it seems it doesn't really follow this number.

anyone tried something else?

i edited .cs file to make it cast sprint after a timer (both in combat and out of combat) but after some testing, taeguk seems to be not as effective as i hoped.
i think the bot doesn't cast sprint while looting and also during avoidance, so the buff is lost once in a while.
also, to build up at least 40 stacks (for at least 20% buff) takes very long, so i think other gems will be more efficient and less complicated to keep the buff up.
