How to 1-90 fast?

Hey guys Im going to get honorbuddy and was wondering how i cna level from 1-90 fast. Im using a mage \. ill do questing bgs whaever and what should i do? im new to honor so what do i use and what profilesa nd such. I also have RAF with my friend who will also get the bot? How can i level fast? Thanks

I have no idea, Id like to know too, I cant seem to level my toons at a good rate at all.
