Yes, sort of, the increase for mp1 can be worth it if virtually no time is lost in runs. I do mp3+ runs when I'm key/organ hunting though because of increased drop rate of those items

Do the math with each bot. See how efficient each is at each lvl. My monk can do mp-6 but I have deaths and it takes time. I run her on pm-3 and its fast and efficient. Barbs are a little slower. All of mine are geared different. Run them for 24 hours and see what you come up with. The higher mp done efficiently the better the gold and magic find= Better drops and gold in the stash. The higher dps will increase mp-lvl efficiency
I am hitting paragon 100, and have found several items worth 30m+. selling them is a completly different matter. several I have had up for a week or two and nothing. getting to the point where i am just putting them up for a few mil bid to start to see if they sell
