How safe is it to use grindbot?

I really want to start farming some pets. I've been herb/mining lately and have even maxed out my JC and close to maxing out Ench too.

But i wanna sell some pets so yeah but my friend told me grindbot was sketchy?

Is it unsafe to use even if im only bot farming the pet for like 3-5 hours?

I only have one account and it IS very important to me so no i do not wanna get banned fast for using grindbot.
