Returned to WoW today, with the goal to make some cash for Legion. However, I wanted to know how safe HB is atm, I heared/read somewhere that Honorbuddy had its complications lately..
wanted to check it myself and wanted to know what you guys got to say.

Its Safe as its always been. Seems the bans have been primary focused on those using the bot in BGs. As always, remember to never bot on an account you can't afford to lose.

I've been botting for a week and haven't had anyone whisper me "reported" nor have I had anyone accusing me of botting. Now I use a RAF linked account so I can switch severs every 30 minutes to an hour to avoid having anyone getting pissed about having a bot skinning all my mobs. Just dont bot on your main account or have names linked and you should be fine like me. Anyways i've enjoyed botting so far and about to buy another HB key so I can run more! :D

I'm botting on my main acc I've been playing on since 2009, with gold challenges etc. I guess if the ban hammer hits, then well, fuck it. When I'm botting I go as "safe" as possible, which means, only safe gold botting(herbs etc), no such as BG's, and never fully AFK, if not for like max 10min. ^^

i did get the 72h hammer for overnight bg botting (was curious and dont really mind)

but before that i botted 12-15hours a day in solo PVE (only leveling or open world grinding, no idea about instances or raids) and it seems blizzard didnt mind that so much

so i just keep to pve botting now, and do the pvp by hand

PS: already back botting for a few days now and nothing happened, the night i did bgs, insta ban

i hope BG buddy gets some new routines because it really seems like serversided detection against us/our profile

You have more than a dozen people looking at you play in every battleground. Click-to-move is incredibly obvious if you are observing it as a third party and tons of people know that this is how HB moves. You're getting reported, probably multiple times each BG. They generally don't even say anything, they just report you. Blizzard doesn't need to detect HB in BGs when butthurt battleground superheroes are willing to spam report as is.

I`ve been botting for ages now... Allways with my main account and i never got banned. If u dont bot like a retarded person its safe as always
