How safe is Archeology and Questing nowadays?

Have been away from those for a while, but I have 3 alts on 85 and wondering how safe is to Kickz them Questing away until 90... Also I would like to upgrade archaeology to 600 for gathering some pets. I don't see many reports about questing and archaeology bans, although there are some with gathering related, but how many people are using them for real?

Questing sure 100%, still the best way to lvl your char, Archy, no clue, I use it from time to time and no problem.
