I don't see how this would be considered more legit when the mechanics behind it are the same as the other. Might take longer because you have to farm and/or buy the relics, but the design and intent is the same.

My thoughts exactly. I forsee a LOT of calls into Blizz support, and a lot of escalations. At the end of the day, noone is exploiting anything. Blizz are the ones that officially removed the caps, and allowed repeatable quests. If this is something they didn't want to happen, they should have removed it, and when I get banned for it, I'm sure as hell gonna give them a mouthful (before they ban my account for botting that is).
