Impossible to tell without u showing us ur items, there is a huge gap between possible to solo inferno, and godlike item on each slot.
A character gear could be worth well above 250 euro per slot, so do the math...

well, say it's a totally empty account with just the characters then.

Only way to really find it out is to list it somewhere and sell it.

Naked chars aren't worth all that much on their own... it's the gear that makes them pricey. I've seen some people offer leveling service as low as $40 for 1-60 in 48 hours, but that includes no equipment. Geared chars seem to start @ $300 or so and go up from there depending on how good the gear is. Diversity among classes and sc/hc servers will def help you, but ultimately it's the gear people want.
