How much Know the Price of Item? RMAH and GAH

These days I just throw em up for like 20k min and no buyout. If it doesn't sell then I vendor it. So hard to sell anything other than semi-Godly and above. Maybe the console gamers will buy my items LOL
U do this w/ Rare right? I get some Legendarys to like Head and Boots of Imortal.
But i dont know how much this really worth and if this sell in RMAH or GAH.
Ur way to sell itens is a good way, but i dont know if no Buyout get ppl will pay 30mil in one good RING or AMMY

I do this with pretty much everything now, except for some extremely rare items which go on the RMAH starting at $50 (recently got a Lacuni with 5.5% crit, 144 int/66 vit, already has a bid at $53). But stuff like low tier IK armor and other crap goes on the GAH starting at 20k or so ( i just add a 2 in front of whatever number appears)
