I just hit the 1m mark yesterday! And that's botting for maybe a total of 10 weeks this expansion. Slowly and surly, but safe with no issues thus far (minus a ban turned to a 72 hour suspension because I forgot to start LogMeOut). Got all the JC and ENG mounts and about to buy the Traveler's Tundra goat thingy. Now starting phase two of my MoP botting goals, lvling my alts on my main account to 90. 2 down, 6 to go!

around 400k. Well, I started botting for gold 3 months ago. I think its okay because I don't bot with farmeraccounts, I only use my mainacc

currently i am only testing everything, but using my same old methods since BC doing the exact same thing, still pulling around 10-15k a week(no farming required (not using a bot)) thats 1 character.
another making around 3.5k a day with farming actually using a bot now and then
another is double handling crafting skills. around 5-7k a week. (if farming was used(minus the 3.5k so would potentially double))
i use another toon so far not lvl 90, havent made much profit but it was a nice money pit. spent around 25k powerlvling professions on it. so far it hasn't made a cent.(need to lvl it to 90 and look around for recipes(to lazy to do so))
make another 10-15k a week by hiring other peoples profession skills
these are not exact stats but averaged at the highest profit points. on average every 2-3 hrs on visiting my mailbox on my AH b*tch i pull out around 1-3.5k. this is mainly by not using a bot.(make more obviously by farming)
atm i have made around 100k in the first month of returing to wow with a fresh account.
currently have 4 90s 1 lvl 80
list of professions i have/use
Rogue (lvl90)
minning 600 3-5k around 4-6 hours of farming
herbalism 600 2-3k around 4-6 hours of farming
druid(lvl90)
alch 600 about 3k a day (no farming) aroudn 15 mins of work
inscriber 600 about 1k a day (no farming) around 15 mins of work
Pallie (90)
tailoring 600 about 1-2.5k a day (no farming) depends on time craft and walk away from computer is the general idea or do something else
enchanting 600 haven't made much with enchanting just wanted it really, but it did make a hectic profit with low lvl mats and disenchanting the greens from my other professions to profit off.
Death Knight (lvl80) around 25k to power lvl buying most mats using ones i farmed while lvling the rouges to 600
BS 600 no profit yet
JC 600 no profit yet
hunter(lvl90) y
fishing 600 no profit yet cost nothing to lvl botting the entire way to 600(currently around 575 (will be 600 by tonight)) will figure out a way to profit from this
cooking 1 if you fish might as well lvl cooking to maximize profits will be next to level most likely power lvl to 600 in around 2-3 hours while buying all the mats

profit here is endless but i have managed to make 7k from one item. and have made several thousands more from others, can not give more exact numbers for this because there is a formula i have been working on and follow strictly to maximize profit,
downside to this, money makes money. you need it to make it. can start with around 1k gold.
use others hard work
more than happy to use the sweat and blood of others long hours of grinding and money pit profession lvling and recipe farming.
this is not the end of my gold journey. i am currently on my way to reaching my 100k (in inventory) at currently 70-75% of my way there. after that my big goal to 250k will start and then eventually my gold cap =)

agree with what you say buddy, most of the posts here are probably fake, though running several accounts on different servers is what they are probably adding up. and saying this what they have made is including what they have spent as well, not what they currently hold on their account.
Started around 3 months ago with 10k and as of today I'm sitting on around 820k and a crap ton of mats.
First 100k came from selling flasks basically, then changed to transmute and jewelcrafting. I quite often buy out markets too and reset prices if it looks profitable.

You can sell this gold to big resellers, gold farming companies for a lot of money
yes, i understand i thought i would give more of a realistic overview with just 1 account. to show those who always ask the question of how, what and why. i don't have the best methods, i only have methods i use that i know work to make a profit. and i could continue to buy out the market of my selection but i choose not to.
though this expac has been out for some time now, most of the profit comes from patch changes and an enormous amount is made from the very beginning of the expansion, which i did miss out on, and can easily bring anyone with a little effort and know how to earn well over the 100k mark within 1-3 weeks. as stating a little know how and effort can make a great potential gold income. but as of next expansion i plan on riding the boat for this, as i missed out this one due to only returning to wow and as well as making my profits as stated above only made that within 1 month. having to learn what has changed (since mid cata) grasp what gold people have and what they are willing to spend it on as well as what do most people already have. though i am still experimenting with professions to see what i can do to maximize my profits with little to no farming needed with only 1 account on 1 server, though the server im on the economy has crashed in the markets ive jumped into, making this a much harder task.

I'd also appreciate if someone could throw me some tips for gold making, I suck at it. I'm currently sitting on 2.4k and that's dropping fast, I've been farming Timeless for purples and DE'ing them into Enchanting mats but it's shit p/h lol. Any help is much appreciated via PM!
