votatiles stack up to 200 per stack.
So you sold one life for 5g? Pretty bad I guess :(
 
So far i have been farming Obsidium ore and levelling the gatherer by only farming and can rake in around 10k a day.
 
People don't seem to be interested in my ores. Got 45 in my bag. Do you guys think it's better selling them on AH or in a trade chat?
 
Left my miner over night 8 hr grind, sold it all for 9800g :) not bad for a nights work
 
I've been doing at least 20k a day per server, and I only do two servers, so 40k. Yes at least 10k per toon, with miner being more but I find my herber is pulling in more stacks to make it even, depends on the prices at the time etc.
My miner is also an engy, so I made that volitale air thingy for my bag so I've been getting those along side mining. AH has sold everything fine for me, if it wouldnt I would find a private buyer.

I listed about 1k volatile lifes in stacks of 20, they were bought out in like 2 hours.
 
Was making 15k per day per char, but the market crashed on my server today. =(
 
As a casual player with 525 mining and 525 herbing im getting about 20k every 8hrs(but im sending it off to other alts with JC/prospecting/alcy etc to get max profit). volatile life is selling for a lot tho, so ill make 4-5k just off that :P

I did all this on a lvl 81 pally in cata greens. By the end of the night i spent 30g on repairs...

LOL on an 81 pally in twilight highlands in 6 hours? HAHA why does everyone inflate their numbers so rediculously much. Every profile I have found for anything with good production requires nodes that are near mobs, and at lvl 81 your aggro range would be retarded big in twilight highlands.
 
a whole stack of elementium and obsidium goes for 100g on my server god i late low pop servers pyrite goes for 200
