How much bots can run?

Im new here and would like to start bot with HB, but at first i would like to know amount of bots i can possibly run on my dedic server :

i7 4770
32 GB ram
240 GB SSD
HD Graphics 4600 GPU

And also small questions, do I need VMs or it can run without? And what is best system to run it on?

Dedicated servers aren't good for botting wow because they have no graphic cards and usually they're terrible for managing because of the lag between you and the server.

You could use vmware but in that case you can only run 1-2 bots because vmware+graphics does not work well.
