I love how all new commers think a few 100s = BAN HAMMER!! AMAG TINFOIL HATS!!!

Ban hammer = software detection

software detection = 99.9% would get banned.

Ergo its NOT a ban wave

not banned, botting on 4/4 for the last 3 weeks, I only bot about 12-16 hours a day. Still botting after the patch, no problems yet.

3 accs botting every single day for 2 month now, not banned.
Its not a ban wave, reason why DB is prolly the only forum where peoples says they are banned. is 90% of all botters uses DB :D think about it.

No Tinfoil hats. pls.

botting 24/7. Only time I stop, is when it stops itself. Same account since launch.

"We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game."

Blizzard's response to me re-opening my ticket again with them to ask specifically what their "proof" was, now I got a new response, they won't even accept any further messages from that battlenet acct. HAHAHAHA What Douchebags

I think thats not the point. Show me any small-wave with that many 1-3 days of botting and ban. After Sarkoth saga (sark = many games per hour, easy detect).
I have never seen that type of wave, before 1.0.6a it was almost like routine - once a month some of us get banned, usually accounts lived 1-3 months. But this? 1-3 days and ppl banned? Can u explain? Flag theory dont fit here.

Yawn - bro logic is strong with this one. The typical bans listing in the forums is not in excess of 200 people. Saying that 200 botters were banned (using this product specifically) at the same time is not a simple coincidence. It was a wave, stop fooling yourself. A large chunk of it probably came from the day the patch released. I'm guessing you forgot that they patched demonbuddy like 3 times that day, right?

They're not going tinfoil hat, they're trying to show people it was a wave. A ban wave does not mean that everyone and their mother were banned. It is an excessive amounts of ban at one time in a large batch. I'd have to say that 240+ people saying their accounts were banned (note: The majority of them them probably have multiple accounts [one guy had 100+ bots]) is definitely considered a "wave".

Okay, 3/3 banned today 21:15 all at same time. while botting and babysitting.
