how many of you bother to change your ip for each bot?

thought i'd create a poll since i see these springing up alot lately.

I'm trying to build a 12 bot rig, but they'll all gold find. I'm worried that with that many bots, creating 12-16 games per hour will flag me and ban me. I expecting a ban sooner or later but i want to last 2 to 3 months as it'll be such a huge pain leveling up 12 bots again. It took me a week to level 4 bots to 60 and gear them, 12 would be 3 weeks for me, thats 3 weeks of profit down the drain.

Any of you bother swapping ip's? any of you botting plus 10 using the same ip for all? i know theres ways but i don't feel like doing all that mumbo jumbo as i'm preoccupied trying to keep my relogger and db from screwing up atm.

You'll want at least one IP per bot if each bot is creating 12 games/hour, I mean I've heard of people doing "okay" with 1-6 bots but again that is a lot of games per hour per IP and I believe Blizzard monitors this type of activity. They will probably be returning the input limit with similar restrictions that they had in D2. For now they may have this type of feature enabled in a sort of "invisible mode" for tweaking/data mining/(bot catching?) purposes.

I have fast swapping of users on (allows more than one user to be active on the computer at one time). I really would like some help setting up a system like this. I have found a lot of posts about doing this stuff but no real guide to how to do it easily.

Well I'm using VMware so can't really help you, but for the IP adress I guess ur could use pr.oxycap

2x Diablo 3 bots and 1x WoW bot going 8-20h per day on the same machine and same IP.

I'm only running 2 bots using d3loader for unique client IDs on the same computer without changing IP. I plan on building a 10 bot rig during black friday and tech monday. Also, you should be able to get your bots from 1-60 and fully geared in 1 day using Chuckyegg's party plugin and having your main run 3 other bots through normal/nightmare/hell MP10 champ farms.
