How many legendaries get per hour?

When I run DB first. I've got 4 legendaries in 7 hours

but today I've got only 1 ~ 2 per sessions in 8 hours (I added 1 more accs)

I read bunch of articles and i found lots of botters got 1/5 hours.

Is it true? or I misunderstood?
