allways depends what you put into the AH. im having myself about 200-400 auctions a day and didnt get banned, im postin max 5-10stack in stack size 5-20(depends on new herbs/mine or old herbs/mine) + allot of diffrent cloth + Glyphs + tiny bit of lether + Inks + Gems + etc ..... just let it look as if you collected all items in 3-4month and then sold them... -.- (with the little diffrence that you post perma those items+dont let the banky be standing infront of the AH for 2-3hours) log in each 1-3hours and repost all wich got undecut..

Blizzard doesn't give a crap, it's the players you should watch out for. Try this, buy yourself a guild, have all your bots deposit in the guild bank, then evenly distribute the items you receive across all your characters then list them on the AH for around the same if not the exact same price.

What I really hate is the people that sell page after page after page of the same thing in stacks of 1. THAT should be a ban tbf. (Unless it's super cheaper than the bigger stacks ofc ) I recently wanted to buy some mats to level up a Proff, I must of bought 50 stacks of 1 item from the same seller. click, click, click, click, click, click, click. i've tend to have +250, more like 350-400 auctions up at all time on several chars, multiple realms and havent had an abuse of economy warning/ban ever. I believe im just to good a customer who has spend a bit to much Money on transfers and vanity pets. (been transfering atleast 1 char every month since 2009)

This is a crap poll, there are people that AHBot on my server, but are always supervising it one way or another, and post upwards of 2k auctions a day, and they have been around for years. So no. You can't get banned for posting a ton of auctions. I think you can get banned for what you do with the gold FROM those many auctions such as selling it or transferring it or putting into gbank etc.

I use auctionator for manual buying/selling.
And skillmaster one for bank alts.

I got 2 banned before for abuse of economy 1 month before mop release. Was basically removing and reposting few thousand undercut items every hour. And gathering 24/7. I would assume was the 24/7 or combination of both that got me.

im doing daily about 1000 auctions, while farmin 12h. in the moprelease time, when i did a nice 24/7 for one week,
i got a bann on by farming acc, but was lifted to 72h.. so i guess its the farmin time they hate

How many auctions per day should you be able to post without getting banned?

Well you have certainly gotten many answers here but I thought I'd share my experience as well:

I have it on first hand knowledge that it's not the amount of auctions you post that freaks out Blizz, it's the manipulation of the market. If you have 200 stacks of Green Tea Leaf, so be it. However, if you BUY someone else's 10 stacks - as little as that sometimes! - ONLY to repost them at a higher price more "in line with your own", THEN THAT pisses them off and can get you your temp ban.

It was once specifically explained to me by a kind rep that they don't want people manipulating the AH in this fashion, despite what you can do in real life. This isn't real life. Big Blizz brother is watching even more here in game.

So if your guy goes out there, and gathers hundreds of stacks and posts them in a "fair and competitive way", you should not have any problems despite anyone complaining about you. However, go out there and try to "fix" the market, manipulate it by buying low and selling higher (oodles of stacks) will indeed attract unnecessary attention. Said attention may encourage an eager beaver to investigate further and then you get your ban.
