How many actual bans have there been in the last two months?

Serious question, how many actual serious bans have there been, regardless of circumstances.
 
There are completely unpredictable banwaves. There was one shortly before the season began at the end of August. If you're botting, consider it a matter of when and not if. I mean, you may never get banned. In fact, there's a solid chance. But don't bot if you don't wanna have the potential to maybe get banned.

I didn't if it was safe or not (that's obvious), I asked how many people have legitimately been banned as of lately. But, That more or less answers my question anyway.
 
i know some guys who are banned between the last "wave" and now
ill guess someone reported them
 
The real question is why can you get banned from a single player game
 
as someone said on here some time ago..

look at it, like you are playing hardcore.. only there is a chance you will lose your account.
 
They are not banning on D2 cause they don't care. I assume it is now the same for D3, let's face it they don't care about D3 when you look at how fast they release a small patch like 2.1.2.

The main reason i've slowed my botting to a crawl is because of this. I was botting about 6h+ a day for a little while but i've stopped for now. I'm not sure if it's too late (if there's a risk at all) but it certainly makes me feel more comfortable. I botted pretty safely, too, so i figure i should be okay. It'd be nice if they screened the bans they do so only those that bot+ranked get banned. At least then the bans would be doing something that had an impact on the game. Banning someone who just uses a bot to do their bounties and never bothers ranking, essentially playing the game as a singleplayer game, is kind of shitty.
 
If you are worried about botting then I would suggest purchasing one of these -> Tinfoil Hat.gif <- it might make Blizzard miss you :D

oh you mean because of patch devs will be banning anyone who bots?

not really an issue as until a new release is out the most you can do is open the bot and login. cant bot if the bot isn't working
