How long will the update?

While it seems like it's crashing it's how the bot acts when something changes in the game (updates).
If you'd run the bot you'd risk getting banned. It's for safety reasons.

You guys are ridiculous...crying for a release, complaining about a downtime, complaining about not given eta. Shame yourself.

Based on the past:

You know what happened when the buddyteam gave etas in the past and problems occured so they had to delay a release?

- Well, google the word "shitstorm". Best decision ever, to not give any eta anymore!


Would you rather like a dirty, unsecure release, that might get your account banned?

- No of course not. Complaining would be even worse, how crap the whole buddyteam and all products are and bla bla bla. So sit the f*** down and wait.

We are genuinely concerned about the bot & an ETA would be nice or some kind of update log. Nobody is complaining just anxious as to when the bot will be back as people have spent money. You are the only one complaining over other people apparently complaining to make yourself look superior on a hearthbuddy forum lol

Stop sucking up to your leaders.

Hopefully the update will come soon.
 
Customers tend to keep their mouths shut when they get frequent status updates..even if it is just a 'sorry, we're not done yet'
no updates between 21/9 and 25/9 -> forum goes apeshit :-)

what lovely customer service. why is this scumbag so butthurt we want to be informed on the product we paid for? We have read the thread saying the bot needs to be updated and that it is delayed. We simply ask why its taking so long. Jeez. At least tell us "we can't give you the specifics because it will put the bot at risk" or something along these lines. No, instead snark scumbag responses. Hey dumbass, maybe if your descriptions and answers weren't so bland, you wouldn't be annoyed by 100 people asking the same question. You are the cause of your own annoyance. Fucking faggot.

Hey Tony, I very rarely have time to check the forum; what is the best way for me to find out when a hearthbuddy bot update is released ?
Is there a main thread I can subscribe to get an email or is there some other form of direct communication ?

why do you all want compensation i make so much money on each account their is going to be downtime i have 31 life time sessions that ive used for years.

this company does a great job where you guys believe it or not.
